Just moved away from bognor so returning to see friends this is an ideal place for me to stay. Room fine, beds comfy. Ate in the restaurant a few times, breakfast, lunch and a dinner. The only thing I would say is not alot of choice for vegatarians in the evening but that was me being picky. I had the fish which was lovely. Staff all very attentive and friendly. Booked a double for myself but needed to change to a twin so my son could join me for a night. Which was no trouble. Over all a pleasant stay and will be ideal for me to use again when I visit friends.

We stayed here for a couple of days in half term. We had a really lovely clean room. All the staff we met were really lovely and friendly, also had a great knowledge of the area to recommend things for us to do. We had dinner at the RobinHood next door which we really enjoyed

The team we came in contact with were extremely professional and super helpful. Explained everything efficiently and we’re on hand with all our enquiries! The room was clean, tidy and peaceful! The bed was very comfortable and we had a fantastic nights sleep! Highly recommend!

You always know what you’re getting with Premier Inn and this was no different, comfy rooms with helpful friendly staff at the hotel and good food in the restaurant next door. On our first night the main heating wasn’t working in the room but we were quickly given a plug in heater no questions asked. The hotel is a bit outside Bognor town but only a 10 minute drive

Hotel ok, in need of some finishing touches like soap dispensers in bathroom but overall ok. Staff very friendly, evening meal in the attached pub was very good. Breakfast wasn’t that good to be honest, we probably should have complained but we had great choice for the continental but had to choose what we wanted as not a buffet selection. Scrambled eggs very over cooked, sausages over cooked, bacon cold, and bubble and squeak not great and very very overcooked Probably would stay her again and would have an evening meal but wouldn’t stay for breakfast.

Stayed at Premier Inn which is attached, for the past 2 trips we couldn't get a table for an evening meal. Stayed last weekend and the restaurant was empty but staff claimed they were fully booked with a booking in the back room. We had breakfast and poached eggs arrived raw, problem was fixed but I pity their poor staff who are bearing the brunt of the complaints when clearly short staffed. Needless to say we, and several other participants at our show wont be returning to the restaurant or to that Premier Inn.

Just needed a one night stay in Bognor Regis so did Premier inn. Hotel was a typical Premier Inn, staff were very friendly & helpful. We did have a small issue but it got sorted straight away. Adjoining restaurant Robin Hood was ideal for evening meal without having to go out & drive . Konner the waiter was very helpful. Would stay again if needed to .

We stayed here for 5 nights recently and left with mixed feelings. On arrival late one Friday afternoon, the friendly and polite lady at reception had to admit that the room that we had booked was not available. She checked us in to a room on the first floor with one double bed. We had requested two singles but, at least once we had left for dinner that evening she made up the sofa bed for us. We later discovered that the heating was not working. It was icy. No other room was available over that weekend but a guy came late in the evening, bringing with him a portable electrical heater. At least we had some heat in the room. Eventually on the Monday a room on the ground floor came available. We had to pack up all our stuff but someone from the hotel moved all our belongings to the new, much warmer room. The room was standard Premier Inn quality. Cheap, but functional. One of the cleaners from Poland helped us to replace the soap/shampoo dispensers in the bathroom which were both inoperable. We didn't have our breakfast there as we had family living near by. We did appreciate the large free car park. Despite the considerable amount of construction work going on outside, and the road works with traffic lights just in front of the hotel, both getting in and out of the hotel was relatively easy. Would we come back? Not sure.
